Must-Have Cookbooks That Will Up Your Cooking In Spring 2016
This spring, we're helping you amp up your cooking game.
If you're not entirely familiar with the world of home-cooking, it's the perfect time to get acquainted, as the spring/summer dishes are some of the easiest and most delicious. If you're a someone who has that one staple pasta dish or pancake recipe for every time your intention is to pass on takeout boxes and enjoy a home-cooked meal, spring 2016 is a beginning of meals that are exciting, bring happiness and make you sexier (let's be honest, everyone who knows how to cook something wow-worthy is immediately more attractive, no matter how simple the dish actually is).
Where to start? One, find the most relevant cookbook for what you want to want to achieve. Two, make sure you have the best ingredients around.
While the second one is a pretty simple one (farmer's market and your best local supermarket for the main ingredients and everything from your Click & Grow for the finishing touches), finding YOUR must-have cookbook can be tricky. Luckily, you're not alone in this: Our beloved Eater published a list of every spring 2016 cookbook that matters, and we wouldn't be your friend if we wouldn't share it with you.
