This herb has been known to contain antimicrobial properties and may help towards lowering blood pressure and cholesterol. Thyme is also rich in Vitamin A which helps promote healthy mucus membranes and skin. This, in turn, could promote improved vision.
Another delightful choice, this herb is packed with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds. This could boost the immune system and improve blood circulation. Furthermore, Rosemary has been said to improve digestion.
This delicious herb is high in fiber and vital nutrients such as Calcium, Potassium, Folate and Vitamins C, K and A. At the same time it is low in sugar, calories, carbohydrates, and fat.
What’s the deal with Dill? It’s actually an underrated herb. Did you know it aids digestion and has antibiotic properties? As always, please use herbs responsibly and bear in mind that they are not a substitute for medical treatment. Please consult your medical care provider if you are unsure about any reactions you may have to the usage of certain herbs.
